The Ship propels through Propeller which is a key underwater component of a ship but it is usually unpainted located at the Stern which makes it vulnerable to Marine Bio-fouling accumulation much faster than the Hull and then it usually resulting in the excessive Engine Slip.

Ship Owner and Managers actively arranges Propeller Super Polishing after every Six Months in order to increase the Efficiency of the moving vessel.

Ergono Solutions through their partners manages and arranges the Propeller Polishing using hydraulic hand-held motors fitted with various coarse ‘’3M’’ polishing pads. The final surface roughness is a Grade ‘’A’’ on the Rupert’s Comparator Scale, which is equivalent to 0.65 microns Surface Roughness. The Polishing of the propeller improves the Slip and fuel consumption considerable.
