Qalb-e-Hussain has joined Ergono Solutions from June 2023 as “Business Development Manager” and he is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with extended Qualifications in Management (MBA from University of Stirling, Scotland) and Technical (Masters in Industrial Management). His Career spans spreads on 13 years including Technical Experience from World’s top Automotive Brand such as HONDA and then later diversifying to Marine sector by working in different sectors of Maritime such as Technical Superintendent, Purchaser, Operations, Maintenance, Subsea Services, Docking and Afloat Repairs, Audits, Robotics, Chartering and Commercial operations. He has certifications in ISO QMS Lead Auditor, ROV Pilot/Technician, Hydraulic Troubleshooting’s, Paint Inspections, Technical Superintendent. His major work credentials includes implementing and Design ERP’s for maritime companies, setting up first successful ROV Hull Cleaning Operations in Singapore, design Work procedure and policies for maritime company and producing Digital reporting systems. He understands the dynamics of the Maritime Services industry with the future needs of indulging innovations such as Robotics, AI and Environmental impacts.
Aagar has joined Ergono Solutions since Aug 2023 as “Sales Manager” and he is a qualified Chemical Engineer with extended Qualifications in Management. His Career spans spreads on 07 years including working in Health, Safety and Environment roles for different Multi-National Pharmaceutical companies. He decided to switch his career to Marine in 2021 when he worked for a Singapore Maritime Startup providing One-Stop Maritime Service Solutions which enabled him to dive deep in to industry to understand the requirements and possible solutions. He has been a Pivotal role for the company and focussed on creating excellent Customer Experience, his multi tasking with superior skills in Digital Marketing, Accounting and Documentation has been fruitful for the company.
Urooj Haris has joined Ergono Solutions in September 2026 as “Admin and Operations Coordinator” and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She brings 3.5 years of maritime industry experience from V.Ships Asia Group Pte. Ltd., where she gained expertise in ship management, vessel operations, documentation, procurement, budgeting, and administrative coordination. Her responsibilities included preparing vessel reports, monitoring maintenance records, coordinating onboard inspections and services, supporting drydock activities, managing invoices and budgets, and liaising with vessels and suppliers. She also coordinated with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) regarding vessel certifications. She has experience with ShipSure Suite and Citrix, including Ship Management, Vessel Accounting, Purchasing & Budgeting, and Planned Maintenance systems. At Ergono Solutions, she supports efficient administrative and operational coordination across maritime services.
